Seesu is a small mashup application which combines last.fm catalog, vk.com mp3 and soundcloud mp3 libraries to lets you listen to last.fm recommendations and download mp3 sometimes.
Open Seesu online. It works on Opera Mini, iPhone, iPad and Android. It is pre-alfa version: slow loading, bugs, etc.
